Model PSR-BLAD-21/1 is a breakthrough innovation “Jailbreak Technology”. It dramatically increase speed and accuracy by 5 axis CN system that allow transfer more data to the front line of components and drill bit to the lining.
The brake lining drilling machine produced by our company enjoys the patent certificate issued by the National Patent Office in 2018.
1. Service area between R144 - R245 of the inner arc radius of the drill can be automatically loaded. All drum pieces, main component guide rails, and hub holders are made of casting process, and the accuracy is more stable.
2. To replace the wheel hub, you can manually load the piece and drill the light and long bend piece.
3. This drilling machine adopts the full servo driver and motor of domestic excellent enterprises, and the screw rod and guide rail adopt THK imported parts to ensure the accuracy
4. The indexing plate adopts the domestic advanced machining center with a large reduction ratio indexing plate. At present, several other companies on the market use reducers with the highest precision of 5 MOA. The index plate can reach 3 MOA with higher accuracy
5. The main motor for the drilling of the two shafts is a four-stage 2.2KW motor.
6. The control system adopts the highest domestic 5-axis NC system, after secondary development, the program input is more convenient and more user friendly, no special skill required. The control system contains an simple English interface, which is also suitable for worldwide workers.
7. Then the brake lining is non-metallic materials, the machining center distance error is within 0.05mm, and the indexing error is within 0.01 degree.
8. The processing efficiency of each shift varies according to the number of holes, generally about 2,000 pieces in 8 hours with 12 holes.
